How will I know when I have Braxton Hicks contractions? I know I shouldn’t be worried about those but since I’m a first time mom I want to know what to expect!!

I just started with them a week ago. Belly gets tight like uncomfortable I got little shock pain to my Viginia and butt it was just uncomfortable didn’t really hurt

Some women get them some dont. I didn't. But ive been told if you do have them you will know the difference. I do not understand this though, because first time pregnant you have nothing to compare it to???

You might never have them. I don't think I did.
