This is probably a dumb question, but can anyone tell me the difference between the flu and food poisoning? My dad thinks my fiance and i have the flu, but we both had similar symptoms were assuming its food poisoning esp after what we ate. I feel better. Fiances sleeping so im guessing he's not well yet.
I'm at the end of my second trimester and I have the flu or food poisoning...should I worry about misscarrying?

Freeeeeeeaking out....My niece has flu A and croup and my 19 month old was with her the day before she was sick and the day of. I am TERRIFIED of the flu because of the possible complications and death. We don’t do the flu shot cause my husband won’t allow it. Please don’t catch it. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻😭😭😭
So we have no food in our house and no money so whatever we had I let my husband and kids eat. I'm so hungry. I haven't eaten since yesterday. I wish we weren't so behind on rent. Next week we have to pay our phone bill and the week after we have to pay rent again. I'm so sick on not being able to have food in our home.
I want to breastfeed but my fiance said it's be inconvient especially if we are out and about. Should I still do it?

Food poisoning generally takes 2-6 hours to show symptoms. Symptoms are similar but flu usually lasts 1-2 weeks depending
