Did anyone start having real contractions at 37 Weeks??

Yes all three of my kids were born 36-37 weeks

I've been having real contractions since 34weeks

W hospital stays

I had contractions w/ my son at 34 weeks had him 2 weeks later. But my contractions were stopped, I was 4 1/2 cm dilated and if I would of hit 5 they wouldn’t of stopped them ..

@mericac, yes I wasn't dilated and they tried to stop them but the more they tried the more stronger my contracts were every 2min when I went in after work of course then ended at 1min apart the medicine wasn't working which is why they had me stay got put on extreme bedrest after that but we're doing good so far 38weeks tomorrow still contractions here and there but this time they not stoping nothing so I just have to coop with them

Yes I started getting them at 36 wks with my first 👎🏽 she wasn’t born until 38.5 wks

@mericac, no they did not because I was only dilated to 1.5cm, I must’ve gone in like 7 or 8 times just because the contractions were so incredibly painful, until finally the day before I had her I went in to L&D again with the contractions and they gave me a shot of morphine for the pain which knocked me tf out for 24 hrs, next day I had her 🙏🏻 the sleep must’ve helped relax my body enough to finally open up a little bit. Although even with being knocked out I was able to feel every single contraction... crazy 🤷🏽‍♀️
