Anyone know how to get rid of a “mommy belly flap”? I’ve lost roughly 15 pounds and it’s even more pronounced after losing the weight.

@ecahanes, I know. Maybe when I’m able to go back to work again I can try harder to get rid of this pooch so I can afford workout gear

@ecahanes, haha I’ve never owned under armor anything so I would have to buy that as well unfortunately. Living off one salary pay check to pay check is hard haha

@martinajjones, well even like under armor when you are working out will help. Something right under your outfit

Belly band while working out. Make you sweat off the belly

@lovelily, I’ve been doing them most every day since I got the approval to start doing workouts again a year ago. Lmao much better than it was at my 6 week pp appointment but I still can’t wear jeans without looking like I’ve got a fupa.

I have the same issue. Core exercises are supposed to be the best. Sit ups, planks, etc. Once the underlying muscles tighten back up the belly will pull back in.
