I think my 3 week old son is sick. My 17 month old daughter had a cold and I'm assuming she shared it. I'm losing my marbles. He's coughing, sneezing, and sounds slightly congested but is otherwise fine. Anyone else had a newborn with a cold? Any tips to ease my worry?

Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

My son got a cold around 3 months or so, just keep him hydrated and listen for his cough. If it gets really bad, take him in. Also watch his temperature just in case. But when babies have colds there isn’t really anything we can do or give them, just make sure he is comfortable.
And above all else, don’t be afraid to call his pedi if you are concerned and see what they say.
