Cold medicine I can take while breastfeeding?

Ask you doctor. Mine said no so I pumped and dumped at night

There really isn’t any for nose congestion or anything the only thing that is safe is robotussin just the regular one, no added “cold and flu” or anything like that 😕 it’s frustrating
