Has anyone tried/heard of red raspberry leaf tea?

I'm taking red raspberry leaf in the form of capsules. Don't care for the taste too much (I don't really like fruity teas though, so...).

@lucylu2, I’ve never tried it myself but have heard great things about it while trying to conceive and also for women who are getting close to the end of their pregnancy! Good luck girl ! 😀✨🤞

I'm doing a mixture of nettle leaf,motherwort,and red clover. All great for fertility

I've heard its supposed to help you go into labor.
