Within two weeks, I’ve been to the ER twice (both my boys), Urgent Care 3 times (all three of us), and Primary Care once (myself). Two kids with flu, one with ear infection...oh and myself...strep and now bronchitis. 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️

This weather is no joke! Two of my coworkers kids had the flu. Then I see online how the director of the CDC left his position along with saying no to the flu shot. And I myself been having sore throats

Wth is this "push present"?! When I had my babies I could care less about things for myself. Your push present is being able to have a beautiful healthy baby and going home with him or her after two nights in the hospital. A lot of mom's can't do this so shouldn't that be enough? 🤔🤔🙄

decided to try self care routine every night to hopefully help with my mental health. i have realized after the twins i have let myself go due to making time for everyone else taking care of everyone so it's time to take care of myself and make time for myself
