@buffyneal22 Drink apple cider vinegar in a glass of water every morning before you eat or drink anything else it is safe to take up to three times a day and it helps to digest your food I drink it every single day it's even healthy for pregnancy. After I have my daughter I cut out carbs as in no bread pasta, tortillas and rarely sweets. Sweets are my weakness lol drink a lot of water lemon water is also really good for your digestive system. I was back really fast to my pre-pregnancy weight I lost about 10 pounds in 2 weeks.
@buffyneal22, I have been vegan for 2 years and have had no trouble keeping weight off at all. It’s so easy now, I’m obsessed! 😍
Thanks girl. I cut out soft drinks almost a week ago in hopes that will help.
@buffyneal22 make sure its raw organic apple cider vinegar with "mother" i put a cap full and a half in a full glass of water. Use a straw the acid is bad for your teeth.
