Yeah, the straw thing you use your mouth to suck the boogers out with. Sounds nasty, but there's a filter so you don't get anything 😂

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@methmommy I tired that I tried the spray I tried running hot water in the bathroom and sitting in there thinking there steam will help she's trying to puke it up but nothing's coming up
