I've never been so mad! My Fiance dish is taxes last night at hr block then we get an alert today saying there is a problem. I call them and find out my boys were claimed already!!!! Their dad claimed them on his taxes!!!! He has no right to claim them!!!!!!!!

If y'all share custody then he does have the right as far as I know for Michigan. It could be different though since you're in Kansas

We don't share custody. Kids live with me and there r no court orders

He can't claim them without your permission. You need to alert them before he gets payed. Smh, I would be pissed as well 😡
