I went to the ER today, and they confirmed that I am miscarrying again. There is not a heartbeat. Baby is measuring 9 weeks. The doctor said it should pass in a couple days. I am shocked. I saw the heartbeat 6 weeks along. Everything looked good. I am trying to drink a lot of water and walk a lot. Is there anything I can do to help speed things along or make it less painful? I had to have a d&c last time, so I haven't ever had a natural miscarriage. I am honestly kind of scared.

I'm just shocked. I sort of hate how confident the doctors were that last time was just a fluke. They said I just had shitty luck but would be back in their office with a healthy pregnancy next time. I know it is always a risk. I'm just so disappointed and heartbroken. I feel like I need a long break from trying.
