Good lord this Mom life has taught me time management in a whole new light. However, I still can’t seem to keep up. Breck will be two weeks tom night and his needs seem to change every single night. So I found that I was not eating breakfast or lunch during the day. Therefore I’m back to my meal prep days because that is the only way I have time to eat. I haven’t been approved to lift weights yet due to my emergency c section but I am approved for core exercises through body weight and cardio so that’s what I’ve been doing as soon as Dad gets home. Feeling more energized even though I am sooo sleep deprived. Hopefully this will all balance out soon.
