Okay so I know I’m going to get hardcore judged over this post but that’s okay because I’m happy with my choice but I’m 25 weeks and I’ve been smoking pot throughout my pregnancy because of morning sickness and I can’t eat anything at all if I don’t smoke first I just have no appetite. I plan on quitting like now but I’m still super scared cps is going to get involved and she’s have a trace of pot in her poo if they test it. What do you mamas think anyone else smoke while pregnant? I also live in Ky.

I wish I could have honestly. I had some real bad morning sickness with my son. But the smell of the stuff made me even more sick. Lol.

@brianne, I completely understand that girl, it doesn’t agree with everyone lol but it’s helped me so so much and I’m not doing it to “get high” it’s truly only to help with the sickness and eating but now I’m so scared about cps

I smoked pot through my pregnancy and stopped around the time you did and my babygirl was fine I had very bad morning sickness also

It may be different in every state but a nurse at my office said typically the only reason CPS would get involved is if you have failed drug tests repeatedly throughout the pregnancy or if your baby shows signs of agitation/withdrawal when they are born. But I honestly don’t really see how a baby would show withdrawals from weed

I would stay stop now around this time and you should be fine . My sister and my cousin also smoked there pregnancy and they where fine . And my friend smoke cigarettes until her daughter came and they all the 3 had beautiful chunky healthy babies you are fine don't worry so much 💖

And where I live cps does not get involed unless something wrong with the baby . But other than that no

Have you tried phenergan or diclegis? It worked pretty well for me. I suffered from hyperemesis graviderum (severe morning sickness) By the time I got it under control I had lost 16lbs.

I smoked until 28/29 weeks.
My friend smoked until she was 37 weeks and they both came back clean for everything. Pee & meconium

Thank all you lovely ladies for all of your help you’ve all helped put my mind at ease! @takesma, I think it was diclegis my insurance didn’t over it and it was super expensive so after I took the first bottle I didn’t get anymore bc it wasn’t helping and honestly to expensive for me.

But I chug water so hopefully we’ll be good.
I was a daily smoker, multiple times a day for YEARS like 4+ years before getting pregnant with this baby, and so I’m still worried that I won’t pass a drug test but well see.
