I used full term contraction counter I believe. But any one is fine. Just as long as you hit the timer it will let you know.

Yea just download a contraction timer and every time you feel one time how long they are and if they are 3-5 min apart for at least an hour or your water breaks then go to the hospital. The actual contractions will start to get a little intense and be consistent. Goodluck hunn❤️💎

I get period like cramps to! But they arent really breath taking. Hoping she doesnt decide to come for at least another week.

Cause honey when they get stronger you have to be on the go.
