@joeygenevieve98, well I think my situation is a little different.... I had my daughter in jail and he picked her up from the hospital..

@girlmom., oh I heard that the father has to be present to be on the birth certificate but my mom said that it didn’t used to be like that. I’m gonna be so sad if he’s not on it :/
