Experiences with child taking Tamiflu? My daughter doesn't have the flu but my niece that lives in the same house does so they prescribed it to my daughter as well.

I would hold on until daughter starts showing symptoms of flu....like fever. Tamiflu is only affective when given in the first 72 hours of flu symptoms. Wait and see. The side effects are minimal.
