Have a question for my photographers mommies: what kind of camera or vlogging camera can I get that's reasonably priced that can take professional like pictures/videos

So I took another test today and I can kind of see a line but then it faded so idk of this means I am or not? Can anyone else see the line? Sorry my camera takes crappy pictures.
