Nurse says it's from her scratching her face but it doesn't look like it to me, thoughts?

Looks like a heat rash tbh my babies face looked like that

There are a couple scratch marks but the larger areas look like rashes.

Some scratches for sure, but does she lean her head to that side?

Newborn rash is very common.
