I dont know whats going on but maybe yall can help me out! I ate a pancake this morning. After I finished eating I had a small glass of orange juice. As soon as that orange juice hit the bottom of my stomach I had to rush to the bathroom to vomit. But thats not the problem. The problem is... Immediately after vomiting I looked in the mirror and now I have a face full of red dots. Whats really going on?

The red dots are most likely from straining from puking. Happens to me when I vomit if it's a violent or strainful vomit.

Sounds like you broke capillaries in your face from the force of the vomiting.
