Does anyone know what the white dots are ? Excuse my nail I haven't got them done in a month

Most of the time the white spots simply are a sign of some past injury to the nail. Maybe when you got your nails done the last time, she was a little rough with that finger. I used to get them all the time and it was usually when I got manicures too.

I've been told by 2 different drs that its cause You need calcium. I think it's true cause I started drinking more milk and eating cheese, I haven't gotten any in a long time since I've been doing that.

If it's on your nail it could be that when you did your nails previously they filed them to close to your nail bed and is recommended to give your nail time to heal. If the white spot is under your nail it's lack of calcium.
