I hate spicy the whole time. Spicy food brining labor is an old wives tale

Nah...some people say if you are far enough along spicy food can bring on contractions but that's not accurate for everyone bc I'm in preterm labor and had a SUPER spicy meal and nothing happened lol. U may get heart burn but nothing worse than that
