So I haven't pumped since like the first maybe second week of January. I am pumping today before work and I have so little in the bottle after 5 Minutes when I used to have at least 2 oz. Could it just be the fact I have pumped lately?

@kyntonsmommy, no problem !! And I feel you lol. I HATE pumping but built up enough of a supply that I only need to pump when I’m at work
@namamaste thank you. I know I need to pump. My issue was when I was supposed to pump every 2 hours while working I only worked 2 hours and that's why I haven't done it in a while. And so when I got home she was ready to eat. I'm for sure picking it back up starting today.
Your body has regulated to what your baby needs within the time that you haven’t pumped. So you’re making enough for your baby but need to pump every day to up your supply enough to save more milk.

Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
Breast pump covered by insurance
I've already done what I needed to find out what type of pump I get covered through insurance. It turns out, with my insurance, I can't even get my pump shipped to me until I call them with all the birth details of my baby. So...wth am I supposed to do having a baby and no pump?! I plan to pump exclusively and this REALLY throws a wrench in my plans.
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@namamaste that's how I was. But then she was only wanting fresh pumped vs frozen when she got the bottle. And now I am trying to push to get back into it.
