I'm just sitting down to a big bowl of ramen (how's that for lavish ????) and was wondering now everyone eats theirs? If I want to be quick I just nuke it and add LOTS of Thai peanut sauce. If i do stove top...I scrabble an egg in, add green onions, carrot strips, soy sauce, saracha and pea shoots! Sometimes ill make a quick sgetti lunch for the kids with it. How do you like yours?

@mamaofzuri, theres ramen spots all over the twin cities! I fell in love back in ny! There like everywhere over there!! Theres a pho restaurant across the street from my job! I love pho as well but ramen is numero uno!!
