@g_lynn, okay, okay, I did fill out the stuff for the birth certificate and all that, so I be alright. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t gotten it, so I didn’t know how long it took, or anything. Thank you!

@tayyandgrayy the birth certificate part yes. I filled out names and signed. To my knowledge if you miss something they would have told you before you left the hospital because they look it over

Did you have to fill out any paper work in the hospital for it? After looking over the mothers copy of the birth certificate, I’m pretty sure she said it’d come in the mail, but Im nervous that maybe I didn’t fill something out or something
