I know every woman is different but how long did it take for you gals to lose the baby weight and what helped to lose it?
@alecandfrankiesmum, did you find that you blew up a bit when having dairy I think I may have to cut it out for awhile
I lost most of it breastfeeding, but to lose the rest, and keep it off I cut out all meat and dairy products. Also had to cut out bread for a while
@tlistboom, I’m breastfeeding I guess the weight isn’t coming off from it
@agerbs92, very much, even now if I cheat and eat some cheese or something I can tell a difference. It really helped me to just eat mostly fruit, veggies, hummus, and Whole Foods. I’m 15 pounds lighter then pre pregnancy
