I have not breastfed in about a month.i just got very overwhelmed so I stopped. Id like to get my supply going again so i can at least pump a bottle for her a couple times a day. Any ideas to help get my supply back? I am going to start pumping every 3 hours I still have milk but not enough to feed so any advice thanks!!
@_mommyof3_, They are the same that’s. And I asked my man if he wanted to try piece he’s like no I don’t need to leak milk. 😂😂
@busymama I never tried the store bought ones but I'm sure they're similar. I'll never forget the look on my husband's face as he was eating one of the cookies I had made and I told him they were lactation cookies he thought that meant that they were made from breast milk 😂😂😂
@_mommyof3_, Yes, I got the store bought once’s
@busymama I second the cookies I made them while breastfeeding my girls and not only did they help but they were super delicious too!
Mothers milk tea and lactating cookies 🍪..... Also power pump 2-3x a day it will help bring it back. If your gonna nurse her nurse her first then the bottle and pump 10min after that if your able to. It does work but I didn’t have time to keep up with the pumping needs so when my son weaned at 8 months I made it to 9 months before I had to completely stop.
Do you want to breastfeed again or strictly bottle feed? Because if so, you can nurse her to help bring your supply up. Also, be sure to eat healthy meals and snacks thru the day and drink plenty of water
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
Breastfeeding moms: so I am planning on going on a 3 day vacation with my hubby & a bunch of friends to Catalina in May, (my baby won't be going with us) and I do not wanna be pumping and dumping every 2 hours out there.. so if I don't pump or breastfeed for 3-4 days, will my milk supply drop significantly? 😩😩 & I don't know how I'm gonna deal with the engorgement pain if I can't find time to pump out there.
