My son keeps like punching himself in the side of the head...its also the side he has excess earwax…

@steph_1997, my son does that too. Hits himself just above his ear or the back of his head, he does it on either side but favors the left side. Nothing wrong with him he just does it and I’m not sure why. When he’s tired and angry he does it the most.

It’s just a surgery where they insert a tubes in the ear canal. It’s easy and almost painless surgery. It just helps the ear drain better and allows that extra earwax to come out easier. My daughter got it done when she was 14 months old, haven’t had any ear problems since.
