At 23 weeks did any of you moms keep getting frequent tightening in your abdomen and feels like period cramps in your back its making me feel paranoid because its new sensation to me and its been off and on all day this evening I've been feeling it alot more every time I get up and do stuff around the house

Those were Braxton Hicks for me and that turned into back labor 😭 he never flipped over onto his belly

They finally calmed down after a shower and laying down for awhile glad I didn't jump to going straight to the doctor hard not to get worried some times though especially when its about our little ones
