I fall asleep basically every time I lay down I never sleep more than a few hours though my day is literally nap then eat then nap then eat even at night time

What’s your thoughts should the man of house eat first or your kids . I say everybody eat at the same time but if I still have food cooking my kids . PERIOODDTT
