What is the best way to track ovulation if OPKs don't detect your LH surge?

I had a progesterone test done at 22 days (miscalculation) and it showed I ovulated. My home OPKs never showed a line darker than the test line, though one got close, when done first thing in the morning. I'm testing BBT, and definitely notice that most fertil cervical fluid; but is there anything else that might work more accurately? I have Clear Blue OPKs.

I plan on talking to my doctor too, but thought I'd ask on here about what is working for others. Thank you!
