@babymomma2018 yeah i sipped a few time with my last 3... I gotta relax my nerves though to prevent early delivery. So I figured if I sip a glass and go to bed is be able to relax. As I did before it just wasn't this late. But thanks 🍷
Honestly the only thing that's changed is people's opinion on the matter. Women have been drinking wine during pregnancy since the beginning of time . There are benefits to it in moderation. I was advised by my Dr to sip wine to hold off my contractions. My mom's had 12 babies and drank wine with every one of then and there have been no negative side effects. My sister in law has had 7 babies and did the same thing. My sister is on her second pregnancy, same thing and my other sister in law had 3 babies and did the same thing. They say don't drink ANY alcohol just to be on the safe side but if you are responsible with it you and your baby will be perfectly fine
@yanelmarie, no it’s been like that for a few years now. I’ve been told that since early on in my last pregnancy. They said that it used to be something that’s okay but that’s changed.
@dwampler9116 - you sure it wasn't based on your pregnancy? I was always told a glass of red wine has always been fine. Even by doctors.... I just didnt know if it was too late in my pregnancy.
It actually helps with contractions. I started preterm labor and still have contractions off and on and had several ppl including doctors tell me to sip wine every once in a while. So it is ok to drink...just in moderation
