If it's not better by Monday I will bring him in. With all the terrible viruses going on I don't want to bring him unless necessary. @starienite, thank you I think it's just from his virus

He didn't have a high fever but it definitely looks like that so who knows? I had him checked a few days ago for the fever stuff
I'd say Roseola too. My daughter had it. Nothing to do but let it pass after the fever passed.
Weird question but does his tongue look normal? That looks like when me and my nephew had scarlet fever
It could be roseola. My oldest had it when he was little.
