I’m starting a new morning routine.. stretching and exercising for 5 and 30 minutes 🙂🙂 then a warm shower 🚿 and then work at 11 💕 maybe if I start exercising then my legs and back won’t hurt as much!! Any other moms exercise?? It feels amazing afterwards
Well when I am at work I am always standing and walking 🚶♀️ around the store and I sit down and have a break once and my legs and feet will hurt me so bad and I am thinking it it because I am not exercising and I have a 2 pound baby inside of me causing pressure so maybe if I stretch and work out for a couple of days a week I will be Better with the back pain and leg pain and it will also help me prepare for labor and birth
