I dont bath mine every night as otherwise I would spend my life in the bathroom! I bath lola every two nights and Ellis has showers in the evenings, usually after dinner. Maeve gets bathed on her own in a baby bath once the other two are in bed. Our morning routine goes: i get up and get dressed then do Ellis his breakfast. Whilst hes eating I get Maeve downstairs into her bouncer then go to Lolas room. Get her clothes ready and bring her downstairs. By this point Ellis has finished eating so he goes and gets his uniform on. I change Maeves nappy (and clothes if shes wet) otherwise i just leave her in her babygrow. She has a quick feed. I then change Lolas nappy and get her dressed. I put lolas coat and reins on first. Then put maeves on and put her in the sling. Ellis gets his own coat and bag then we walk to school. Lola has her breakfast when we get back. Works like clockwork in this house! Weve never once been late for school.

I’ve always bath my son in the evening dn will carry on when this baby’s here and he will be going to nursery. Mornings are to stressful as it is let alone getting them to bath. I would probably change a feed little one first while the eldest is having breakfast then get the eldest teeth brushed and dressed with his shoes on then get baby a coat on etc then get in the car? You probably just need to find what worlds best for you and your kids. X

@rachaellw Thankyou I usually bath charlie in mornings so I might do it before bedtime from now on seems so much easier xx

@kayteamay that sounds amazing I usually bath the kids in the morning but I might start bathing Charlie at night I have to bath him everyday because he smells like a salty milky potatoe lol must be the neocate formula. I'm pretty good with a routine and once I got the hang of it I can stick to It! Thankyou great help!! Another super mumma you :) xx

Oh its not easy 🙈 but my easiest way is bath the night before iron uniform and my clothes and do pack lunch the night before so then i get up half hour before baby bottle due get my self dressed and the pram set up then wake frankie and florence put them in the front room with breakfast then feed the baby change her bum put her in the carry cot then change florence bum gets coats on (florence & poppy go in pjs ) cos they both nap when we get home ) then shoes then out the door sometimes poppys feed used to be due as we was leaving but now ive got her into a routine so its much easier x
