There is no best day! It will be hard . They have accidents. But being consistent is key!

@jacquelinecorona56 lol yes I have three beauties. Honestly it took some time to adjust. When my 2nd child was born it was easy because my oldest was old enough to help and was independent. But now it does get a little hectic honestly because my two oldest goes to school but with my 2nd one shes in preschool and its only part time so its a rush to do things sometimes. But it does get easy esp knowing that my girls they help me a lot. And yes feel free to keep in touch! 😊

What I did for my girls were I took then to the restroom every 20-30mins, even if they didn't pee or poop I still sat them on there for 5minutes (it is time consuming but its worth it). There were a handful of times they had accidents. With my middle child, at first she was freaking out too when she knew she had to pee but after a few accidents she didn't like the feeling of being wet and was of course embarrassed, but she learned her lesson to accept that she needs to pee in the toilet. Lol. Just be consistent and tell her its ok when she pees. It is hard knowing your little one panics and wants off the toilet but when she does pee in the toilet give her a reward (I suggest stickers vs candy, lol thats just my opinion). I hope it goes well for you and good luck! 😊

Look up YOUTUBE videos for help, I especially like Emily Norris, she is a great vlogger and has a good video on Potty Training. U could distract her with an iPad and put her foot in a bowl of warm water, she'll pee without noticing then congratulate her - make a big deal with stickers and prizes and maybe she'll see how painless it was she didn't even notice she did it while watching a video, it takes the pressure off.
