There are a bunch of gums that contain a artificial sweetener called aspertame and it's also in diet sodas, it can cause cancer, seizures, birth defects and damage to certain areas of the brain. I personally don't like to chew gum for this reason I always have to check what ingredients they put in the gum before I buy it.
I chew sooooo much gum lol it helps with my nausea because I hate my own spit right now
Not a gum chewer that often but when I would get cotton mouth bad at work I would chew on the mint flavor gum to help
The only reason I stayed away from gum while I was pregnant is because chewing gum traps gas in your stomach which would lead to more nausea and vomiting for me.
Ask you on if anyone should know they should. Don't be afraid to ask questions.
Gum disease can cause a stillborn, but there is no way gum can cause a stillborn.
@babydiehl2016 yes even heard that chewing gum could cause a baby to be death . But you can't listen to everything you hear .
It won't do anything. I drink Dr Pepper and stuff like that. There are more harmful things than gum
It contains artificial sweeteners which some doctor's recommend staying away from
@worlds.okayest.mom, I’m glad I wasn’t the only one. Plus with all the extra saliva, it just doubled it. I couldn’t handle it. I felt like I needed the sucky hose from the dentist.
