Ok so every night my hips kill me! I’m constantly tossing and turning from one side to the other because of the pain my hips are in. I already have a pregnancy pillow I’ve tried pretty much everything. Any mammas have any different advice o can try?!?!
I was having such by hip pains it woke me up to but I started doing yoga for 25 mins everyday and the pain is completely gone.
You have hip pain I have horrible back pain that comes every once n awhile so I can understand
It’s ok to end up on your belly once you’re uncomfortable you’ll move yourself you won’t harm the baby at all
@mimimommyof2, when I’m awake I do tend to stay like that for a few mins but it’s impossible for me to sleep like that I’d be afraid for end up on my belly. :-/
I had that same pain during pregnancy and still do a year later. I'm constantly flipping back n forth. They just throb. 😐
