How many people tried the pineapple method and went in labor if anyone has pls tell me how much do I need to eat

sex will definitely help! I'm only 31 weeks and started preterm labor RIGHT after sex 😂

She can try and induce her labor safely and naturally if she wants to, I only suggest waiting until she's 37 weeks because that is considered full term and even if the baby came at 37 weeks he or she would be fine. Some people find pregnancy very difficult and very uncomfortable in the last few weeks. The baby will come on its own yes but doesn't mean these remedies can't help things along. Some babies are just very stubborn like my son was. He was in perfect health and he could have come any time but he didn't want to and honestly I think he got himself so comfortable in there that he ended up in a position that made it so I couldn't have a natural birth because the way his head was made it so I wasnt dilating all the way. I tried a lot of the remedies myself and unfortunately they didn't work but in the chance that they may have, I might have been able to have him naturally. So as long as she's being safe and doesn't use castor oil like some people do, then she has all the right to try to get her baby to come sooner.

@lillyb, everyone is different I don’t think it would hurt her to try... although it is best to let the baby bake as long as possible she could do absolutely nothing and the baby still comes early it’s honestly not up to us

@beefutrell that's true babies come when they want but there is no need to try and have them come any earlier.

@lillyb, honestly she can do all these things now and still not go into labor until 40 weeks because babies will come when they want

I walked and use my yoga ball a lot and went into labor on my due date and was in labor for and hour and forty mins

Sex helped me with both kids I ate pineapple when I wasn't supposed to I guess but it didn't do anything thankfully

Walking, nipple stimulation, sex r all ways to help go into labor. Semen will help thin out ur cervix but ur a little early to be trying to induce labor.

my mom keeps telling me sex helps. but i’ve also read using a breast pump helps bring on contractions. something about nipple stimulation. i have a pump i’ve just been too afraid of trying it lol

You’ll need 8+ whole pineapples to get something going MAYBE it doesn’t work for everyone
