Our daughter trips a lot right now, she just started walking in December and hits her head all. the. time. She normally catches herself when she falls but there’s the few times where she doesn’t and hits her head. Well last night one of our dogs barely bumped her and this happened and then a few minutes ago she just tripped over her own feet. All she gets is bruises on the forehead from this, so nothing extreme but of course she gets hysterical because obviously it hurts... well my husband was just blaming me for her getting hurt all the time like it’s something I can control. I was literally standing right behind her following her when she tripped, it just happens so fast. So here I am feeling like a piece of shit mom from his comment
Okay, so this is kind of urgent. My daughter has been doing this for a few months... Every time she gets upset, she hits her head on things like the floor, tables, shelves, etc... I've tried EVERYTHING and she won't stop. She's even bruised her head plenty of times hitting her head on things. I don't know what to do. Can someone give me some kind of advice? I want her to stop..
P.S. Don't mom bash me for this. I've never done what she's been doing. I don't wanna hear any judgement. If you have ...

She fell and bumped her head on the floor. (Not too hard btw) but before I could get up to get her, this happened. All she kept saying was you’re ok baby

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know
the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
I'm so upset. My daughter has been scratching her head about a week. So I started washing it twice a day thinking that because I started putting gel in it that it's been drying it out. Well a week before school was out the school sent a note home saying there were children with lice. They took her ponytail down and did a head check... Today I spot the lice crawling in her head. She is hysterical. I'm black we don't usually get lice. She is bawling her eyes out. What do I do? I called my stepmom ...
So it's hard for me because my 16 year old past the test when she was in third grade and my niece passed it last year and now all my daughter's friends will be going to the third grade and she will be repeating and I don't want to send her back to the same school to be bullied because she has to repeat a grade and so I'm looking into other schools but see the thing is you teach her something she gets it then you go back to it and she like I don't know it so frustrating and she likes to wonder of...
Don't blame yourself. Also dont let your husband make you feel bad. It happens to everyone. My son got bruised all the time when he first started walking. He was clumsy very clumsy. She will get better at it.
