i had a coworker who had the biggest crush on me. we talked for awhile. i text him like 3 damn days ago. and he is reading all my messages. but he not actually answering. should i leave him alone all together, or wait for him to finally respond?

It’s funny to me that people keep their read receipts on & don’t respond. Like, we can literally see you ignoring us 😂 I would say wait. Don’t message him again just for him to ignore you, that’s crap.
