Has anyone felt lower abdominal pressure after ultrasound?

@victoriamichelle1418, no abdominal ultrasound. I’m thinking that the baby move positions after the ultrasound because I keep feeling movement

I did after my very first Pap smear and transvaginal ultrasound like I felt crampy after and I was bleeding a bit after but my OB cleaned me up and said it was normal and that if I felt any worse pains all day that day or had any extreme bleeding to go to the ER but I ended up being just fine and this was done when I was 10 weeks

was it an internal?
