Food! What's your 4th of July feast?

I'm all about the food. What are you ladies having today? We are smoking some ribs and I'm making potato salad; arugula, watermelon and feta salad; roasted Parmesan broccoli or asparagus or possibly steamed artichokes with a mustard dipping sauce (depending on what's the best looking at the store), pink lemonade for the kiddos, Wisconsin specific New Glarus beer for the adults and cherry pie and lemon cakes for dessert! Yummmmm

Okay I'm getting frustrated. I have 5 names per gender I absolutely love and can't choose from. My child's father isn't around and my support system is non existent so, you guys are all I have. Please help me decide! Again my last name is Lemons.
