@winterbaby95 @sarahhutchinson68 induced labour is more painful as it forces you to contract and you just go straight into full blown labour. Theres no build up like with normal labour. Ive had sweeps before and it wasnt painful. A few seconds of discomfort but over in a flash. My advice would be just to wait it out. Unless there is a reason to induce you just let baby cone when they are ready. I think a little girl! X

Well I'm going to try all the natural ways, and see if that helps the baby come 🤣 xx

@sarahhutchinson68 Yeah my midwife said she was induced and it was worse than the 3 natural labours she had :) I only had a sweep because my waters had broken and it was to speed things up. But i also hadnt had sex for a month and i always had issues with a penis being in there... so not surprised the sweep hurt me. Xx

@sarahhutchinson68 Being induced is the worst lool...from what my midwife said :) I had a sweep and honestly found it bad. Worse than the labour lol...but most people say its not painful or anything xx

@winterbaby95 right, the closer it gets the more scared I become! I've heard horror stories about the sweep xx

@sarahhutchinson68 Usually they dont induce unless medically needed or until you are past 41 weeks..usually a few days before 42 :) Most they'll do is offer a sweep xx

@winterbaby95 I am wanting to be induced on my due date but not sure how to go about it, I'll ask my midwife next time. Show me a pic of your girl lool I still think it's a boy though but we'll see 🤩👶🧡
