My son gets frequent ear infections, then comes diarrhea so TERRIBLE DIAPER RASHES...Hes in so much pain my combo seems…

I use aquaphor after every poo diaper or if his butt is a little red, for real bad rashes I use this.

I use Vaseline or a&d ointment in between. If a rash occurs Desitin maximum strength if it’s bad, if not that bad desitin quick relief. And wet wipes while she has the rash- huggies natural in between.

I use a combo of triple antibiotic ointment and desitin maximum strength but they progressively get worse ! 😩

Try leaving him without anything on for some time. Give him a bath and let him sit in the water with baking soda. Try cutting the antibiotic ointment off, only using desitin and changing him frequently. If that doesn’t help try his pediatrician. 😕

I cried the last time my daughter was bad. I really hope something works.
