Just out of curiosity. I have seen a lot of people say their kids have the flu. For mamas who’s kids have or had the flu, did they have a flu shot? My doctors office said there is a strain of the flu going around that was not covered in the shot. Just wondering.

My son did have the flu shot, and he got the flu. Super bad and I got mine too and got sick. Been out of work for nearly two weeks.
Aww. I hope she is feeling better. Wow that is a low percent. It really has me worried this year for some reason.
The flu shot has only been 10% effective in my area. There are several strands of flu that go around and it doesn't get them all unfortunately. My mom just got over the flu last week. It was bad.

My friend just told me that once you have your baby they get a hepatitis b shot and flu shot automatically. I don't know how I feel about the flu shot.🤔
