I had a C-section with my daughter April 7th and the doctor told me that I have to have another one is that true can someone answer this question.
@toshagager1988 she stop at 5 cm
@countrymama121 I've been told they can't induce once uve had a CS cause it can increase ur chances of a uterine rupture but my doc did induce me with my 3rd vbac due to water breaking and labor not starting
I was only allowed to do my vbacs because I gave my body years to heal it's harder on ur body to get pregnant so fast mine are almost 6 years apart but I was on BC for 2 years so I could heal and then 4 years later I finally got pregnant and the pregnancy was hard even with the age gap it still hurt were I was cut and the labor and delivery was really hard but that might've been due to her size
@alice.penrose96, the reason ur doctor told u that is because u should at least wait 2-3 years to try n have a vbac .. ur little one is 9 months .. u didn’t give ur body enough time to heal
I had a c section in 2003 n was told that maybe if I had another baby I could have a vbac but it didn’t go as planned .. I had my second c section 2016 n next month I’ll b having my 3rd n last c section .. doctors just don’t want u to have any complications .. for example bleeding out cause ur c section hasn’t healed yet
It all depends. I had an emergency c section with my first. I was a high risk pregnancy for my second based on my first pregnancy. But the pregnancy went well til
the end so I had an option of vbac or section. Based on my risks, I chose a c section and 6 days later; I'm doing well.
Yeah I wish I had answers for you 😔
My doctor told me if I had two c sections I would have to do another but since I had one of each I could try for vbac.. idk either way as long as baby comes out the healthiest and safest way..
@megan03 but I was reading on something and they told me was like when you first have a C-section you can probably do a vbac
It depends. Since yours are so close, it's recommended to prevent rupturing. If you had waited 2 years or so I would definitely recommend trying for a VBAC if that your cup of tea, but not after less than a year.
@alice.penrose96, that’s weird cause with my last pregnancy (the one I had to get an c section with) I stopped at 7cm
@megan03 because I had a C-section with my first one cuz she she stopped at 5 cm
Think it depends..
I had an vagina with my first, c section with my second and my doctor wants me to try to do vbac with this one..
In some cases yes , I had a c section in 2011 and having a repeat c section in March due to a failed induction with my daughter and I had preeclampsia and a stillbirth my last pregnancy so they want to take her out the safest way possible without risking her life or mine , but I have had friends who have had a c section and were able to do a vbac , it all depends on health etc
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

@toshagager1988, I wouldn’t know doctor didn’t give me a option for induction after my c section or vbac due to my previous pregnancies being high risk just said I would have a repeat c section but I do have friends that have had c sections and then had vbacs
