Help!! I need ideas for a girl's first bday party. Not really ideas, just a place to host. I don't have a big enough house to host everyone so that's out....and there's no family where I live, to use their house but they will all be coming here for the party. All my friends in the area live in apts or have a smaller house than I do.....my community clubhouse costs $350!!
@newlywedmama21, hmmm... idk. Every kid is different though my son had his first at Chuck E. Cheese & he loved it played games & everything. GOODLUCK THOUGH, finding a place to party!! 🎉
@newlywedmama21 that's crazy well idk then.
@julomom she's only going to be 1...she can't do anything at chuckee. And would probably be scared of the characters Id be paying for the older kids to play games. Everything else is for big kids. Idk...
@lekeishamorrow I wish!! And that's what I'm used to. In this area it's like 3-500 for a cpl hrs smh
What about something like Chuck E. Cheese’s in your area. Not exactly Chuck E. Cheese but something in doors & where kids can play lol
Yes. Maybe it's different but my local community centers ln my area usually let you rent them for about 3-4 hour for 150
@newlywedmama21, well check them it and see how much they are.
I don’t do birthdays anymore so I’m lost 😂
But both my girls first birthday was a park.
@girlmom. She's not walking unassisted but she can crawl and climb. See my first was so easy. She's a july baby and I had big house with a nice back yard...so boom, cookout lol. Now I'm like....what the heck do I do?
@newlywedmama21, that’s stupid. Is she walking or anything? I was thinking a jumpy place but it might run you about the same as the clubhouse.
@lekeishamorrow you mean like the rec? That's where I'm lost...ive looked them up and they're pretty much same price. but I just wonder if I am missing a link somewhere. Some place I overlooked...
@girlmom. Yeah, it's not like what I'm used to. Here u have to live in the community for most of them, and it has to match your ID. Smh
You can check with your locally community center they usually have good prices.
@girlmom. Yeah....sad face. Good idea tho
@girlmom. Umm...pretty chilly with a little sun but still cold.... it hadn't been consistent now that I think about it. But when she was born last year I remember still needing long pants and a jacket.
@girlmom. Hmm...that's a good idea! Thanks! I just wonder about the weather? :( her bday is 2/15 so party will be 2/17
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Adult children living at home
My husband and I argue about this all the time. He says he will never put our children out and they will always have a place to live here at home. I completely disagree. My children can live at home through college if they choose to go and a short while after while they find a job and get on their feet. However, if they choose to not go to school or not have a job, there is no way they will live at home for free. I just feel like when you're an adult, it's time to ...
@julomom yeah I can see a boy going crazy but baby girl not so much...but thank u!
