@rubber.duckiee, it could still be implantation bleeding... But the fact you’re in pain sweetie I really think you should go and get checked. It could nothing don’t think the worst but go and be sure.

Yes. Spotting is normal...nothing heavy though. If you wake up tomorrow And it's a flow, I'd call the doctor immediately.
