They make gummy ones you can get at Walmart, Target etc. I hated the big pills you have to swallow so that’s what I took.

You can also take 2 Flintstones vitamins a day and it'll give you the same about needed. My doctor told me that because the gummies were making me feel nauseous after a bit and I couldn't do the big pills either.
